This is my first post on the forum, I’ve been viewing this page for a while now but have my own issue that I need advice on.
Earlier last year my PERSONAL PayPal account was permanently limited, it has £4500+ in it and at the time wasn’t a big deal as I knew I’d be able to get it back after 180 days as all the details used on this account was REAL.
However, after I got the email to say my funds were ready for withdrawal, I tried to add my new bank account which all matches my name etc and have been getting an error in which says something about the resolution centre, it redirects me to the page and then simply comes up with the “You can’t use PayPal anymore”... i have to add a new one as the one on file was closed and isn’t in use anymore. I have tried 2 different bank accounts and they come up with the same message.
I have called numerous times and have tried to use the phone system to add the bank account but both have been useless saying it won’t let them add it, I am convinced they need to toggle something on their end but haven’t been lucky with my advisors lol. I have passed limitations on this account before as it was personal account so I know they don’t need ID or any proof it’s me.
They said I could get it sent to a friend or family member but I am reluctant to do this as I haven’t seen anyone else do this?
Any advice? |
