Help With real account signup
 

Hello All,
I need help signing up a legit PP account and not letting it crash and burn. I would like to scale it if possible.

Backstory:
I was officially kicked off of PP around 2011-2012 using SSN and company name. Since then, I bought the stealth book and been using stealth for PP/eB. No problems with stealth. I have since changed company name, address, etc and have an EIN for my company. I have power of attorney to use a SSN from a family member so I can use their SSN and file taxes, etc. I need help in the correct steps to signing up. I don't want to use the SSN if I dont have to, that will be last resort. I do not sell anything that would violate policy or even come close. My account was closed due to performance and chargebacks (late ship). Software systems and workflow greatly improved since, wont be a problem.

I have heard signing up PP as Corp and using random last 4 for the SSN as long as the EIN is in there? Need advice.

I have other marketplaces to sell using PP so managed payments would be another battle to fight once that time comes into play. I will definitely purchase/update stealth book once stealth managed payments becomes a little more known/secure but like I said thats going off topic.

Please help, I feel I only got one shot at this again. I am not rushing into this, want guidance to do it correctly. Thanks

Side question: If PP uses family members social for verification on business account, will paypal send the 1099 with the SSN or EIN #? Good info to know for the future.

Just make sure that you use the new "real" PayPal account on a VM or however you would use a stealth account. PayPal may ask for the last 4 and the EIN (give the real last 4 of the SSN that you are using). In the future they will eventually ask for the rest of the SSN so you will end up having to link the full thing to the account at some point. When they send the tax documents they should be for the LLC not the SSN.
