Verify and Withdraw to Credit Card

Some countries paypal are verified only with a Credit Card and can only withdraw money to a Credit Card. So for example if i have 6 different CC from different Banks, does it mean i can create 6 different paypal accounts(with different names) and verify the accounts with these CC and then later withdraw money through these CC?

I tried that before and no i dont think they see the card holder name!

Yes, you can. If they have attached IBAN (EU countries) you can withdraw to these bank accounts on same and different PP accounts too.

PP don't see the card holder name, but you must match the numeric portion of the address if the card is AVS.

AVS looks for street number if there is one,and the zipcode.
