Withdraw money without bank account
 

Is it possible to withdraw funds without checking or debit card.
For example a prepaid card or vanilla card you get at retail stores

You are in USA,withdraw to a bank account or bank issued debit card or ask for a bank check,fee applied.
But check will be made payable to the name and address as registered with your Paypal account

A Paypal or WMT prepaid card which comes with a monthly fee,buy one in store and register with WMT or Paypal with your name,addr,DOB and SSN,it will send you a permanent card,then you can move money from Paypal account to that card and vice versa.

dont know what is a chime card.
but that WMT card like the Paypal prepaid debit card,you will have to give your name,SSN and DOB to get a permanent card,fee is $3.95 a month and you need to link it to your Pay pal account.
I heard it is very slow sending and receiving money from your Paypal account.

the prepaid card is in your real name,address ,DOB and SSN so it wont link to your stealth account !

miss match name does not matter,greetdot bank card worked 6 months before.now i dnt have idea.you can try movocash visa virtual card

someone said Payoneer has been blacklisted by Paypal.
try a credit union account if you have one

Will it flag the account like regular bank withdrawal? Let's say I have 1k in Paypal and I want to request a check of 1k. There's an option for me to ship it to the new address

did you see the option of asking for a bank check?
if so,then Paypal will send you a bank check via USPS first class,
I dont understand your question of flagging bank account?
Some folks will deposit that check in their own bank account,some will go to that bank and cash it.

Because they'll know the name that the check'll be deposited to, it matches the name in the limited Paypal. Would it be safer to withdraw by check of the whole balance instead of withdrawing $100 every few days to the bank account?

a chime bank account include a debit card and a checking account .
