US PayPal

Hello guys,

How it is possible to use US accounts, on another country? Because what I am reading, says that you can not have money on PayPal balance.

Only use US Paypal if you have access to US bank accounts.

You will have to have access to a US bank account

but don't use a US account if you have no method to withdraw

As well as a USA VPN. The IP needs to be from USA and a good one too.

one can be in Europe ,but if one is US citizen or resident,and have a US bank account,you can link it to your local Paypal account.
