How many days for new eBay/PayPal ghost account before cashout ?
 

If I start a ghost account for eBay/PayPal with prepaid phone can I cashout right away or would that raise a red flag ? Like if I got money added to my PayPal account could I immediately cashout via bitcoin/PayPal exchange right away ? Or does the account need to incubate for a few days or a few weeks ? Also when you use prepaid phone do you recommend 2 separate phones 1 for eBay and 1 for PayPal or can I use 1 phone for both accounts ?

The only way to get the funds is to transfer to your bank account and new accounts will always have a 21 day hold.

You can cash out immediately to your bank account, even better if you do an immediate transfer and pay them the 1%.

On new accounts my experience is that at first after eBay releases the money they will let you transfer no problem, then for a short period they will put a 3 day hold on the transfer and the maybe a 1 day hold. Also be aware that when you get past the 90 day period with eBay with no hold on the money, PayPal may also put another 3 day hold on all transfers for a period of time.

PayPal is not a bank and should not be used to build up money in case they want to suspend your account then a 180 day hold and possibly lose the money after that. If you start with a history of daily withdrawals then they will not question it later.

So all new accounts will have a 21 day hold ? And after that hold I should have no problem? What about PayPal bitcoin exchange ? They exist so why couldn’t I use them? What are the stipulations for using those?

Yes all new accounts will have a 21 day hold, it's rare it doesn't.
Well if you are consistent and you provide good items and service you should be fine but they can always slap that 21 day hold back on your account if you trigger a flag as unintentional as it seems.

There is a few service provider in our marketplace that does PP <-> BTC
contact them there and see if it'll work for you.

Thanks for the the info. One more thing... if I just wanted to buy items online that accept PayPal could I do that or am I still subject to the 21 day hold ? Are there any restrictions on just making purchases online on a new ghost acccount ?

You can buy what you like with PayPal, they will draw the money from your credit card or bank for the purchase unless you have a business PayPal account where you can use the balance to purchase.

Do you have to verify the business with PayPal before I can buy stuff online with the PayPal balance on business account ?

The 21 day hold is pretty much a default setting on new accounts so be aware of that and don't try to spend or withdraw right away

Thank you for your response. Does the 21 day countdown start right when the account was created or only when there is a balance?

I believe it starts from your most recent sale.

As long as nothing goes wrong during the transaction.

Not that it really matters.

As long as the tracking is uploaded to ebay & paypal, they usually release the money within 48 hours of the customers package being delivered to their residence.
