What ID are you using for you paypal unlinked account?

Hey,
if I want to open new unlinked paypal account for new ebay account.
What ID should I use ? Because paypal can ask for ID verification.

Other problem is that paypal can see that the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ phone I am using is for example a US phone but my ID points on different country, other than my phone country.
Unfortunately, at my country I cant get new phone number for cheap.

You cannot use another country's ID on a USA paypal. You have to be a USA resident to use a USA account.

Otherwise you can use a stealth account and hope you get a ID made.

If you do the account creation right and you don't do anything funny with the accounts they shouldn't ask you for documents.

The time they do it's usually because you unintentionally triggered a flag.
