Problem adding bank to stealth Paypal

Whenever I try to add a bank, it get to the part where it says confirm some info about yourself, click on that and it goes straight to "sorry we could not confirm you"

anyone having these issues

Call customer care, i think they fit it, or try to do nothing for 3/4 days and try again. keep in mind that if you continue to try and spam you can be limited

You can call paypal then use their automated system to add the bank account - better than talking to a rep.

are u using and proxy or vpn?
did you try to login from any new devise or ip?
