When i login on my stealth paypal account i am having this

the problem the seller is not replying me to give me these information
how may i proceed now please to get my money ?

so u dnt have the detail?without ssn you can just trasfer money to any us bank

@OP, unless you have a SSN (illegal if not your own), you can only transfer to US bank account.

You dont want other people's SSN,if he owes US govt tax,IRS can seize the $$ in your account,it has happened to someone on this forum

you would need a US bank account to transfer the fund ,always do your homework before buying a stealth account or open a US Paypal account

You CANT get an SS number without being a US citizen. You need to open a REAL USA bank account. It is almost impossible to do without coming to the USA. It is possible in some countries to get a Citi Bank Checking account or Bank Of America USA account in some countries.

pAYPAL is known to block US bank accounts in southern Florida,opened by folks from Latin America
