You mean you can buy an item and Paypal will pay for you and in a few days debit your bank account?
This is no longer offered in USA,but i HEARD It is still available in UK

No, paypal opens credit line for you, and you can spend it for sending and buyng stuff

you can get approved easily say $3700 but it doe snot mean you can spend all $3700,after making one purchase,it may not be available until you pay back .
so dont get too excited when it tells you you have been approved for $3k

well,then they must have tightened their rules,it used to be come ye,come all,get all the grandmas and grandpas excited over Xmas gifts to grandkids.then found out after they spent $27,they have to wait till they pay back that $27
