Paying taxes on paypal
 

“Made” a little over 20k, even though maybe only 5k was profit. Either way didn’t get a 1099 because I had an old address on the PayPal. Didn’t realize that they sent one last year until now. Also it’s an acct where you add a letter to your legal name to bypass pp security. Have my personal sole proprietorship ein attached to the account. What should I do?

if you have a 1099K,you would see it in My Paypal.
I just got mine 2 days ago.
when you file income tax return,you need to report your income

Yeah I didn’t see until just now that I got one last year that I didn’t file. Used my ein though that I made for my online business, that doesn’t make really any money though.
