Does UK paypal have something similar to the US 200/20k limit which triggers a request?

I think they have something similar and I believe the limit is even lower due to their government regulations.

Ye this do I think £2000 or £2500 and then you have to supply docs

Paypal also gets triggered by sales rate (i.e. if too fast from the get go)

Yes UK paypal triggers document request when you are about reaching £2000

First limit is £1650

Second limit is approx £2300 depending on exchange rates

After that there are no further set limits
