Bank account registration of another holder in paypal

Hello, merchant friends.
Can you register with paypal to make withdrawals, an account that is in the name of another person?

I use the paypal account that is in my wife's name, and I want to register my bank account to make the withdrawals.
Will I have a problem if I register my account?

Paypal cannot see the name of the bank account holder so adding a bank account shouldn't be a problem.
There would only be an issue if the bank itself has a problem with deposits being made from mismatching names (most banks don't have a problem with it).

what wrong with linking your wife's bank account?
does she have one which is not already linked to a Paypal account?
