Paypal limited but ebay Still Alive - can use another paypal as payment method?
 

Hello,

My paypal(Let's call it paypal 1) got permanently limited, but my ebay was not affected.

I have a LTD paypal that was never used(let's call it paypal 2), if i use it only in my eBay to receive payments (setting up the payment business rule in ebay to receive with the new paypal address) can ebay and paypal link paypal 1 and paypal 2 in any way?

Ebay does not care,since you are not restricted,but Paypal can link your 2 Paypal accounts via the Ebay account. and shut down your second Paypal

But how can paypal get information like what is the eBay account sending the money?

I ask this because I didnt link ebay with paypal, I just use the paypal account 2 as a payment on my lists.

Is this clear?

YOu could do this at least for a while. As I mentioned before it may work for 1 day it may go on for years. But at least you'll get going again and I hope you'll make a back up account or 2 while you use this account until it's completely dead.

ebay don't care it. you can use like 3 paypal. Don't forget slow slow and slow

Been doing it for a year, no problems, just have to be careful and also sweep money out frequently if you mess up and get limited.

If you create a fresh paypal to use with the old ebay, just know that it will never pass the 2.5k EU doc check if it's a european account. I've tried and failed twice now.

Best thing to do is a fresh ebay fresh paypal, new identity.
