Can’t pay eBay fees with PayPal
 

I am having trouble paying eBay fees via pp lets me get so far sends me back to eBay site then
Edge gives me a message “the web page you are viewing is trying to close......
Click yes and it takes you back to the grey screen with a PayPal message “don’t see the secure PayPal browser, well help you re launch the window to complete your payment”
You can only X out then your back to the eBay one time payment screen !!!!
Been the same since Saturday

Sounds like a glitch to me.
I assume you have some funds in the PP balance to cover it?
Or is it an eCheck?

Yes I have funds hope it’s just a glitch been stealth for 5+ years No problems,
Just hoped someone had come across it before !
I’ve used edge since day 1, but Am I safe to try logging in via internet explorer ?

IE 11, my mobile number on the account is dead now so trying not to raise suspicion! If I try it and eBay recognising I am on a different browser (same laptop and payg mobile dongle)

This might be different because I'm in the USA. I needed to pay mine last night I've always used my PayPal Balance. To pay my fees.I was gone from Ebay and PayPal for all most 2 years so I said to myself hopefully not a lot changed then I tried to pay them and they only were accepted my bank number or a cc number. Long story short I bought a vanna Visa gift card for 50.00 My balance do was $20 I paid 50.00 My count is in green balance so whenever other fees will come to me the number will just Decrease. I hope this helps

sounds like the problem is with MSFT ,TRY Firefox or Google Chrome

Microsoft edge released a new version this week I have downloaded and payment went through fine !!
Normal stealth mode resumed 😊
