Negative Balance ripped off by customer
 

I haven't used my ebay or paypal for months both were suspended because of 1 person complained saying it was a counterfeit apple watch but their lying to get money out of me and get a apple watch for free. Now my paypal has a negative 250 dollars but i removed all my checking months ago too. If i leave this negative amount and planning to get another stealth account what the worse that can happen. I feel i been ripped off and paypal sided with the customer of course

get the item back and refund. There's really nothing you can do about this.

Back then,Paypal will ask the buyer to go and get proof it is counterfeit,then it will ask the buyer to destroy the item,but now,it just sided with the buyer.
Did Paypal ask the buyer to return the item?

If you are going to do a stealth eBay account then surely you will do a stealth PayPal which will be separate to the one that has a negative balance.

You then perhaps you can work out with PayPal about the negative balance.

It sounds like your Paypal account with negative balance is open with real name,address and linked to a real bank account in your real name?
and you removed that bank account.
But Paypal does not forget,so you cant use that bank account again.
DEGSEY has a good suggestion,pay your negative balance ,so you can have that account back

if you use different details to register new stealth account.
It is fine, but do not link bank account same as old one.
otherwise PP will block you new account and force you to pay that unpaid debts
