call paypal today
i hire one from fiverr to call my paypal of U.S. by secruity team.
my account need photoid and utibily.
upload passport with watermark, the first support tell it need background checking but after two days. it still under review. then call again today i want to upload a new clear photo. but i told it is not ok to watermark. fiverr guy tell me her suspicous him for keep ask watermark thing. after i upload watermark photoid, my pp seem closed, money hold 180 days.
then call again, the support tell me my pp is ok, just need photoid. - so the guy on the phone close my account? the phone guy got permission to do it? or he just flag it in closed status actually it is not closed?
- is it normal my pp notice me it is closed and support tell me it is not?
- watermark is not ok to U.S. PAPAL?
