Change email address on PayPal
 

Hello Forums members
I have a problem with my PayPal account,i need some help from any members pls,my PayPal account has been been on limitation for the last 4 months,and I have funds in there,they told me I have to wait 180 days,I tried to change my emails address because I can’t remember the password but it won’t let me,I called PayPal regarding this problem and they told me I cannot change it because my account is on limitation ,can anyone advice me what to do pls Thanks.

Not much that can be done about it.
When the account is limited nothing can be changed on it. Its just the way it is...

If you are unable to lift the block, there's nothing to do except waiting for 180 days...

As long as you have access to the PayPal why worry about the lost email?
Just count 180 days from the date of limitation or an extra two months in addition to the four that has past and then withdraw your money.

You could trigger another doc request if you're not careful how you ask for PayPal's help after limitation /180 days.

WE ARE allowed 6 email addr per paypal account but I doubt you can do so since your account is limited.
