Paypal asking Proof of Address
I got a problem with paypal (actually not my name) personal account when I tried to send £160 personal payment to someone. I received this email and were then able to upload ID docs, please verify your identity to lift sending limits, then i sent ID which is approved but they are asking proof of address, unfortunately don't have any address proofs under his name,
Any input is highly appreciated.... |

Hehe had the same issue ,real ID ,real telephone bill (with some edits),just used a pdf edittor,changed the name on the bill, sent it to paypal and it got approved..just get a legit bill or something and edit name or whatever else you need..Dont think they check something more than if the name and adress are the same as your paypal's name/adress
Edit: not sure if i was lucky , but from what i read on the forum it depends on the agent who will check it |

| Hi, what about monzo statement ? Is that acceptable if i change the name ? or else can i use landline bill with some edit ? Which is the best options ? |

| Yes monzo is acceptable, i have used this before. so you can edit it. Alternatively, you can edit your gas or electricity bill |

If any one needs to change doc. But don't have photoshops u can get the gimp for free I have both hope this helps :) |

| About 2-3 weeks ago,do u think theyll review it soon ? xD
edit: forgot to mention that the pdf ive sent them was denied ,when i called them the guy told me that the pdf was blank,so they gave me a link to uplaod screenshots (jpeg format) ,it was accepted 24 hours later
not sure if i was super lucky or they dont have any "tool" to check phone bills in the EU |

for china paypal, address on photoid is ok. but for us/uk pp, is there any addr on photoid? is it ok for proof addr? is addr on certification of company ok for proof of addr? |

| Paypal do not accept address on photo ID for uk and usa. you have to submit and ID and a utility bill/bank statement for address proof |
