Question about "aged" PayPal accounts.

Hi folks,

When you talk about "aged" accounts, do you just register the account and leave it to warming up for x days/months OR you mean you verify it with everything (SMS, email, phone, bank account, VCC etc)

I am trying to understand something but cant really do.

If you just register the account at PayPal and just confirm e-mail, does it mean an "aged" account?

Thanks.

Re: Question about "aged" PayPal accounts.

I would say there are two types of aged accounts.
1 = an account that was created a long time ago with no sales history.
2 = an account that was created a long time ago with ongoing or past sales history.

Re: Question about "aged" PayPal accounts.

Thanks but what you guys do while creating the account while leaving it to get some age?

FULLY verify it with VCC, SMS, VBA, Email and leave it to warm-up
OR
Just register and verify e-mail and leave it to warm-up

Which one is the correct way to make the accounts aged? (Not transaction history)

Thanks.

#2 is a true aged account. Anything other than that isn't really aged, and likely to be treated as a brand new account when you start using it

To age it you have to have activity and actually building the account, letting it sit will do absolutely nothing.

Do you think transaction amount plays role while warming up the account?

I mean does it work making 10-15 transactions with 2-3 USD is fine OR should transactions be lets say 100+ USD each?

2-3 USD of 50 transactions across 2-3 months MAY warm up the account

But i would prefer 10-15 transactions 100+ USD for 1-2 months.
