Non-US resident: How to withdraw from a prepaid card

With a loaded Visa prepaid card (US), what's the best way to transfer the funds outside the US. Note, direct withdrawal can only be from card to US Bank.

Is there an exchange service for such?

Note: I'm not American. The card was bought in a marketplace.

No direct way, you just have to send to a USA bank.
