If my PayPal got limited for all time
 

Hello guys! I want to ask you, if my PayPal account got limited(banned) for all time and its on my name, is there any way how to make a new one?

I mean , I did some mistakes. I didn't reply to my customers complaints and then my account got banned for all time. But I'm back in my online business and having a PayPal account is very important because I get all payments to my paypal account.

I'm wondering how could I create/buy a new one? And can I create a new one on my same name , surname, or im blocked on paypal for all time? Thanks!

Of course. just make sure that you are not using the exact same details & finance that you used on your old account. and as slokor said: read the stealth guide.

If I want to buy a ready stealth acccount, is it possible to buy one which will have smaller limits?

For example, If i receive a payment i wait not 30 , but 15 days or even less until i get money.

Is it possible to buy that kind of account for a bigger price?


If i buy just basic stealth account then i suppose that I'll need to wait 3 months until limits will be gone and for each payment i get i need to wait at least 30 days or so until i can use money to send it to other accounts or so on?
