Hello, I'm banned on eBay, but not Paypal.

My friend is allowing me to use his name and address for both.

I will be verifying Paypal with a virtual card.

But since I'm not banned on Paypal, will I be able to transfer funds from the stealth PayPal, to my personal PayPal which is linked to a banned eBay account?

Will PayPal know that I transferred to an eBay banned Paypal account?

I don't want eBay to link me to him.

Ebay and paypal share information so it is quite possible to get a new account linked to a suspended account that way.
There are ways to minimize that risk but it will never be foolproof and definitely not something id recommend doing.

Paypal does not care if you were banned by Ebay.

If you just want the money, you might as well just transfer the cash to your bank account.

This eliminates any potential issues and linkage.

Then start over fresh with you rnew credentials.

but my bank account has my real name on it and I wish to continue using the stealth account
