I have 3 underage limited accounts (1 with debt)

Hey, I created an account with my information about a year ago and got debt on it (underage). I also have other 2 that are limited(underage) but have balance that would cover the debt. The question is, if I ever tried to make a legitimate paypal account, would they be looking at the previous accounts i've created even though Ive been underage?

Absolutely they will and can automatically link you.

Can you pay that debt?

Not really, as my account got locked and I do not have access to it.
I also, do not know what to do with the remaining 2. 1 of them is under verification process that might take about 180 days. I don't know what to do at this point as I do not want to wait a year to get the funds that are limited.
