Hi guys, I was recently suspended from ebay& paypal so naturally I turned to the stealth way. I have setup a polish paypal account with details of a real person whom i got the permision of. I have used my bank account (different name to the paypal account) im waiting for it to go through. And i wanted to also use one of my debit cards to confirm the paypal. But my question is that even though you only give paypal the CCV code and the card number, is there any way of them finding out who that card belongs to? The card has my name on it, and my name is burned as ive been suspened.

Hmm... I think you should be ok.
Next time try using a gift card.
