Via Paypal " Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you' message
 

Hello there. I am getting this message very frequently via Paypal. When i am trying to send money as F&F i get 'sorry we couldn't cofirm it's you'.
1. i select my contact
2. input amount
3. then PP shows 'we need to verify it's you' and tries to send me a text to my cell phone. then i get 'Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you' and blue button 'try another way' and comes back same message. over and over again.

this is a confirmed PP. am i missing something?

what i have in paypal:
full name address, ssn#, ID (both uploaded), a verizon phone number with same name. on accounts, i have input my bank router# and account#, debit card. (both accounts are under different name then the stealth paypal account). i have been able to withdraw money, and send only one time via F&F.

i have called bunch of times to PP and it's been like this for about one week.

what you guys suggest i should do? is it because i need a VCC or VBA or what?

any advise?

Stop using friends and family, it tends to trigger flags.

If your account is confirmed with Bank and VCC, then you don't need a VBA at all.

Wait for say 3 days and try sending it normal. No F&F

well, i have always used F&F to pay for things i need like accounts, etc, etc. never had a problem until paypal changed this thing. when i had about $5 i saw message right there "accept the money', so i clicked in there then answered few questions and all went fine. i did this in my other paypal account that was hacked! so i created a new account, confirmed and all. but when i try to send a payment i get that error. so im wondering if i was missing something. i guess i have to wait since i have no other option. i needed to send $220 to my supplier. we both have been working together sending money to him, and all good. thanks!

well then you're lucky you had a good run. F&F is well known to get you in hot water.

Try sending it normally or have him invoice you.
