I recently noticed that after clicking paypal confirmation i see notification that there is problem in my PayPal. This is soft limitation as it doesn't affect sending/withdrawing money. But I feel it's too early to get that notice immediately after registration. It usually appears after after approaching 1000AUD

So am I the only one who is facing this? or it's some kind of updates by PayPal system?

Someone said they made an account without the limitation, but when I asked them how they ignored my question. Anyone figure out how?
