Paypal can't send money ...

Hello,

so I have a problem with paypal. I sent 2 payments of about 50usd and 20usd to another paypal user.
Now I want to send more money but when I try, the send money button goes blank and I cannot click it. It just says : add a payment method.
I successfully sent the 2 payments using my bank account which is confirmed to my paypal but now it won't work anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
