Inad paypal case help

I have a inad case on paypal. Buyer used a freight forwarder and says the phones damaged. He messaged me that on eBay and That's how he lost the inad case on ebay. How will paypal handle this? Anyway to win? Its been 2 months already and looking at another 2-3 weeks waiting on paypal

pAYPAL policy on freight forwarding is just the opposite of Ebay.
if buyer forwards the shipment,he auto loses on Ebay,but for some reason,it is mighty fine with Paypal??
There is no way for third party to know ,it would ask him to return the item with tracking,he has to pay return postage

6 months for Paypal and his cc issuer,if he goes the route of CC issuer,he could keep the phone,get his money back and you will be fined $20
