PayPal withdraw money to bank account
Hi,
I use the checking account and debit account of www.gobank.com for withdraw my paypal money and today i receive this email:
And I have the same problem with Capital One. Any recommendations for resolve this issue ?

We are writing to inform you that as of November 12, 2019, the recipient of a Person to Person transfer can no longer use PayPal to receive the funds that you have sent from your debit account.
In the meantime, there are other ways to send money!
