Get account limitation lifted over phone?
 

Has anyone been able to get a account limitation lifted over the phone? It use to work that way but now its a 3-4 day wait for back office team? I had a good sale and accounts been limited for 2 months and they still want a receipt

Why dont you send them what they've asked for? that would be easier/faster i think

i managed to get a rep to unlimit the account but then the back team would just relimit it a few days later...

i needed to send every single page of my passport with all my visas

Out of curiosity, how many months has it been since your first sale, and how many sales did you average versus the average of your increased sales?


To answer your question, I've never had any good experiences having limitations lifted, especially over the phone. I did the right thing the first time and got screwed, I don't really even bother now if I get limited, might as well start working on your backup acckunts and try not to repeat the same mistakes

Restoring the account over the phone is very very rare nowadays. You have to speak with special kind of agents who has the authority to review the account and take a decision instantly.

2 years ago that was very possible. but since the beginning of 2019 I had no luck to have an authorized agent to do that ( at least in my experience)

you can still do it but you need to call the us office and speak to tier 2 limitations department the ones based in nebraska

Yes, when your a business account you speak to different level of people. I’m not sure if there are thresholds for the money incoming to speak to people I do but they all have authority to lift whatever is placed on the account.
