EIN starting with 98

Hi guys,

I am upgrading one of my personal stealth accounts to a business account, since Paypal asked me to confirm the taxpayer status.
Has anyone experienced an issue with adding an EIN starting with 98 to a stealth US account?
Will this raise an alarm with PayPal since this starting number is reserved for the entities incorporated outside the U.S.? And the address on this account is a stealth US address.
I appreciate the help.
