Can I link different country VCC?
 
Can I link a NON-US VCC to a US Paypal, does paypal see the name of my vcc and address ?

IF Yes can I withdraw money from it

I dont think so. A friend recently linked his Chinese cc to a USA paypal and there was a document request on account the next day

may be a real physical cc,not a vcc.
As a seller,I have encountered buyers with US address but using a foreign bank issued cc,how do I know,well,Paypal charges 4.4% plus 30 cents transaction fee instead of 2.9% plus 30 cents transaction fee,this is how I know

Any PayPal trouble after using that CC in the next few months??

I do not use VCC,I have encountered some buyers who do.
