Another proof of fulfillment
 

Hey all,

I got my PP account limited, and they are asking for a proof of fulfillment. I do have receipts for shipping the physical items, but they are shipped from a different country than my account is registered in. Is it worth providing this info, or does this mean instant permanent ban? They are also asking for a purchase receipt from your supplier, don't think I have this one...

Please, help and share your experience.

NOTE: the goods are physical, not digital.

give them the tracking and how did you pay for the item,show them the receipt.

Thanks! I've been working with stealth accounts since 2012, and somehow I managed to avoid issues like this. So this is the first time, kinda frustrating. But whenever I had some issues with my accounts, this forum was always extremely helpful :)

Well, I am based in Ukraine. I only use stealth account, because in Ukraine PayPal will only let you send payments, not receive payments. I would be more than happy to work with PP legally, but it's simply impossible to do so from here, as having a PayPal account registered for Ukrainian address won't let me receive payments. So I have German address in my stealth PayPal, but I actually operate from Ukraine. And I don't use VPN (I work for a company with servers located in Germany, so I basically have a German IP address... :) ) So yeah, I used to have numerous stealth accounts (I usually register a new account when I reach that 2.500 EUR limit), and for the first time in 8 years I am now facing this 'fulfillment proof' thing.

OK, so I managed to save the money by using the refund function, which appeared to be the only thing still working; I refunded the payment to buyer and asked them to re-send the money to my other account, and it worked. A lucky coincidence.

Attach the tracking, it's okay, doesn't matter it's showing shipped from another country your acc is registered in, the most important is that it's showing delivered to the buyer address. With the receipt from supplier you need to get creative.

I'll try, thanks. Managed to save the money anyways, so I now have some space for experiment with this account... :)
