Is it safe to open Paypal dispute on a seller when running on a stealth account
 

Ok, so I purchased 3 seperate auctions from a BIG seller on Ebay (532717 number of feedbacks). I received my package and it only had 1 item in it! I sent a total of 3 emails in a 10 day period and even called and I have not gotten ANY response from the seller. Is it safe to open a Paypal claim for non receipt with paypal on the seller when I am running on a stealth account? Although this seller has only 622 negative comments within 12 months and 1118 neutral comments, the ones that are negative show the same situation as I am going through. Please let me know how I can proceed to get my merchandise or at least a refund for what was not given to me. Thanks!

Man, you don't seem to have much luck with sellers. I recall that other thread.:tears: I am sorry you have this problem. I would not have dealt with that seller if I saw the FB comments you mentioned. Did you use a credit card with paypal.

It's safe to open a dispute on a stealth account. Trust me I have done it plentiful amount of times. That is why I love buying on ebay.
