PayPal release funds.
 

Hello - so I've got a question.

I've sold an item on eBay. Paypal decided to hold my funds. I added the tracking number, the item got delivered and there's my question. I've got my stealth in another country than eBay, so on PayPal when adding the tracking it's showing UPS_ITALY, but item I've sold on a German eBay. When I'm entering the tracking on UPS italy site it's not working, but when I enter it on German UPS then it's working. On eBay it's also showing delivered, but it's PayPal who put a hold on those funds. So will PayPal be able to see that the item is delivered and release my funds? Thanks.

Does it take a day for release after the item is delivered?

Also not sure if it's true, on eBay when selling digital items to get my funds I've been adding some random old tracking numbers and it was working to get my funds, as eBay and PayPal are really similiar I think on PayPal it could work too. To get the funds released I think they do not care about the location of the tracking, they only do when it's a claim.

First an inquiry about international shipping then they tell us they sell digital goods they do not ship out and put dummy numbers in to appease eBay and PayPal.

Well it's hard to ship something that's digital, so a few times to get my funds I used my own tracking numbers to get the funds from 21 day hold and it worked.
