PP EU age 3 days, vcc confirm
ebay - age 0 days only SignUp now

PP ball EUR ~14.-

I received 2 transactions from F&F with an interval of 1-2 days

I can't buy item on the ebay

Brand new accounts. Personal payments. You realy don't see how suspicious all this looks to paypal?
They wont allow you to use their services as long as they suspect youre up to no good. That could continue for awhile if you continue this pattern of activity.
