Paypal stealth requirement list?
So, I read the sticky guide. This is what I figure what it will be. doing fo US
1. Get a portable firefox browser
2. Get a resident dedicated proxy US
3. Check if ur IP/DNS/timezone/webrtc is hidden and masked
4. Get ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/Dob blah blah u know for registration
5. Register PayPal
6. Verify a US VCC buy one from the marketplace
6.1 (optional, unless u really need to cashout via bank, but using your real info and gonna come up if u are previously limited by paypal) Verify a US bank your own bank
7. Start selling a little amount and gradually go up by week, months
8. Withdraw often to a bank or exchange to btc
To summarize, I used a totally different IP + Info + VCC so it's not linked to my previous limited paypal, but anyone know if this work what is the receiving limit?
