Over 180days cant add bank acc
 

My money has been released after 180 days but I cant add a new valid bank acc.

I tried calling every country possible. There is no viable security check that system takes me though, such as them texting my number or emailing me. Instead they only ask me stupid lexis nexus question if I've been known by any other names.

Since its stealth is obviously answer is no but then it fails and online reps cant help me to add bank acc. Any solution? (PS ive tried waiting 3 days, 1 week, etc, nothing changes)

I read a post on here the other day about someone who had the same problem. I can't remember who it was, but they said that they logged into Paypal via the phone app and it suddenly let them add an account. Maybe they were just lucky but it's definitely worth a try

JUST TO UPDATE.

After I wasn't able to add a bank and withdraw I was offered by a nice rep to "send money to friends account", all I had to do was send friends details.

Long story short I gave them so called friends email and the little sneaky paypal vermin closed down the friends paypal account without transferring any money into it.

So yeah never go for that option.
