I can't link my Bank Account to paypal
 

I can't link my Bank Account to paypal keep getting We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. I tried everything cleared cookies, History different browser mobile app nothings working. Anyone elese have this issue an if so whats the solution?

sometimes Paypal have problem accessing your bank's website,rare but it does happen,you may want to wait and try again.
name of the bank,usually large banks have better IT dept to maintain their site,thats why I ask

2 scenarios here.
If it failed and you kept trying you're going to have to wait longer say around
3-5 days.

but if you didn't keep trying it could be as good as 1-2 days later that you can try again.

Worst comes to worst, you might have to call in to get it added.

This happens when you have a bank account already in the PP and you're trying to edit / add a new one. It threw a flag up basically.

New bank, new paypal, never added to any paypal although i did try to add it like 7 or 8 times guess ill wait it out

Mostly you are using a bad IP.
In very less cases, that account has been added already in the past on one account.
And in some cases, you need to call them to run some verifications over the phone.

Shouldn't be the IP Just bought a new Router, The Account also is Brand New, I was thinking of calling but what will they do or ask for verification? of course the account is stealth

Then the system has flagged you.
I'd give it a week before trying again.
If it doesn't work still, you'll have to call in.

The usual making sure you're the owner of the account to start then They'll most likely want to verify your phone number or tell you to add SSN and making things up that this is the way to go. Obviously you're going to say "NO".

Call again later until you get a CS that's willing to help you set the bank account manually on his side.

If your PP has an actual limitation that you can't see, you'll have to make a new account.

I tried all this for months. Never worked. Ended with PayPal robbing my entire account blind.

The only time PayPal will prevent you from adding a bank account is if they see you as risky. This happened to me last year when I attempted to add bank accounts while on a VPN.
Since then, I only use 4g data and never had a problem since.
I think that they just don't like your IP solution.
