Will paypal try to counter sue me?
 

I got robbed my paypal and they stole all my money. They just started doing it and everyone says the only chance you have is getting a lawyer to send a letter to them trying to get your funds back and starting a lawsuit.

I found a letter from someone else’s lawyer that i copied and pasted and stored on my phone and i found the email of a ton of higher ups and reps at paypal on a site. I’m thinking of just spamming out the letter and trying that.

In paypal TOS it says they can fine you 2500 dollars PER transaction that breaks their rules. That means technically i could owe them like 500,000 dollars if i took 200 transactions!?!? WTF!!!

Any chance they would do that if i tried emailing them with a letter?

I think it is $2500 per case/per account.

It would be helpful if you kept all questions relating to this PayPal account on one thread. By spawning different threads, you make it difficult for yourself to get coherent help.

They can if they wants to they have power money and everything, we are nothing against them

Of course they won't sue you. They use that $2500 per transaction fine as an excuse to steal your money if you have a balance in the account.

whats the amount they withheld? usually you just have to wait out the 180 days. make more accounts.

I know a person who did some business with another guy. He provided some services on Internet i.e. physical goods were not shipped. Later other guy who got services opened disputes at Paypal and Paypal reversed all transactions value $4500.

Seller Paypal balance was negative, now seller just receives emails from Paypal asking to load balance and clear negative balance but he ignore emails. It was stealth account and he simply left that account.

So it was $4500 and Paypal never said in email that they will sue for $4500.
