With No credit using paypal as loan
Hello Guys I don't have any money, I don't have credit and I need a loan at this time. Since there is no where I can get money, I can use paypal to get a chargeback from a buyer and temporarily take the money.
I would sell an item, the buyer would pay for it and I would withdraw the money, I would not ship the item and tell the buyer I don't have it or I'm out of stuck... The buyer would then open a item not gotten case in paypal charging me back the account, giving me some credit which I need to pay.
The paypal account would go negative and ultimately after 30 days to collections, paypal would close my account and I would work out a deal with the collection agency to pay this off in monthly payments which I can afford.
This would give me a credit line while I can not get any credit anywhere.... but I can do this idefinetly as much as I want 10,000-20,000 etc.... but I have put 5000-10,000 as my limit so I would not get buyers to chargeback the items past 10,000. I heard 10,000 would raise a flag and instead of going to collections, paypal would consider a lawsuit in this case, but I don't know which threshold it is.
This is the only thing I can do and I am ok with the collection, my credit is ****ing broke anyways but there is NOTHING I can do, I'm stuck and this is the only way to get a LOAN big and fast...
Now, will this be legally troublesome?, Will paypal decide legal action If I have too many chargebacks?, I would tell paypal I dropshipped items but I lost the money therefore the buyer didnt get it, which is fine. but Can I get sued or something?. If so what will happen.
I see that if I have too many chargebacks paypal may consider it a fraud but that's not true, is a few items 5-10 worth 7000. I dont know if the charge backing automatically makes paypal go into lawsuit mode on me. and If this is true, what type of lawsuit will it be?, I am willing to pay the collection I just need credit |
