Hi I have had a PayPal suspended over the 180 days and now that have not accepted the driving license or passport when I called I got told I can get the cash out once that have accepted my id

Can you go in to detail about what happened please? Was there a bank account attached? What error messages is given when you go online to withdraw? Did you get the withdraw email after 180 days?

You'll never get ID accepted at this stage.

You can try, but you'll be wasting your money buying the docs.

Next step is legal action, if you have the balls to carry it through if the letters don't work.

I’m afraid you’ve lost what ever funds you’ve had in the PayPal they won’t accept any identification document you provide, I would personally cut my losses and move on open another account and make back whatever money lost and remember don’t leave large sums of money your PayPal account.

can ask after 180 days i dont recive message about withdrow what i can do now >?

I mite try the legal way as this account was running over Christmas and has just over 10k in the account . I have tried calling them and I did get told if I send in a new copy of a driving licence that would review the account

It's a uk account . It says their is a problem with your account please go to PayPal resolution centre and when I go to the resolution centre it says nothing . So I called them and they have said that have not accepted the driving licence or passport and I need to send in a new copy . I was thinking if I get a new set maid would this work could the ones I have already purchased been made wrong

Well they didn't accept my ID, I didn't have a bank attached, but attached a bank right before 180 and they sent my 1200 to me after 180

You should ask them to let you attach your bank details where they could send your money to.

I mean not ask them, but insist on that, because it is your money and they cannot just not give it back to you. :)

But that have not accepted my id so far that have said its not vailed so would a new set of docs work that have accepted my proof of address

Unbelievable!!, that company is really is a piece of ****, thats theft. 10K is a lot of money, get legal action if they dont budge.

I have been on the phone to eBay a few times since and I still didn't get anywhere . I filled out all the paper work to send it to the court I'm going to wait until this covid-19 blows over and then hopefully I will get the money back
