Does PayPal see eBay cases opened against me?
 

My PayPal got permanently limited last week, and I have a strong feeling it's because of a large spike in Item Not Received cases in eBay that happened in February. I had an issue with my local post office basically dragging their feet for weeks and it resulted in about 80 cases opened on eBay (versus an average of 5 every month).

The thing is I don't see any indication on PayPal showing that they are aware of these cases. Some customers open cases on PayPal as well, but that seems to be completely separate from the eBay ones.

The reason I ask is because I am preparing a letter to send to their executive office to hopefully release my funds (following a thread I found here on aspkin) and I'm thinking I should mention the post office issue.

Yes Paypal is aware of cases opened on eBay.

if you are receiving these payments using Paypal,how can you expect Paypal not to know???
