How to avoid being scammed by the buyer?

Hello! I'm selling Instagram accounts for people. And they pay as friends and family, I always ask to pay as friends and family, so i don't accept as goods and services, so they can't open disputes. Even tho , today a person bought account from me and after i gave access to him he was able to make the dispute. He did that because he got scared that he was not able to login to that IG account, then i fixed problem and now he paid again, so will see if all will be okay.

But the thing is - after today i dont feel safe anymore. It seems that people can even make disputes after they send money as friends and family. So how i could avoid being scammed? Because as I know - selling instagram email is not legal, however, maybe paypal doesn't look at this too strict.. Anyways, need your insights guys!

They can dispute it but will still loose most the time

Biggest issue is would be is if payment was funded from a CC as they can then issue a chargeback which would be hard to win

So even if paid with friends and family they still can dispute anytime with this?

Then what kind of other methods would you tell me to use guys?

There is no method that will eliminate bad buyers. The best thing to do is build your losses into your price. Here's an example:
Let's say you sell 10 accounts and you average one scammer for every 10 sales. You simply raise your price by 10% to cover this loss. This method is used by all businesses as stores have shoplifters, defects, customers that return items used and damaged.
Once your new higher price covers your occasional loss, you can simply credit your customer and your profit stays intact.

if they file chargeback with their cc issuer, you lose and pay $20 chargeback fee,is it worth it?
tell them to send cash or money/postal order
also this is fee avoidance,PAYPAL will shut down your account

So selling ig accounts with paypal you think goods are not good?

About 1 scam out of 10 and +10% covering, its good idea, but what if a scammer gets many different paypal accounts, multiple accounts on forums so he buys lots of accounts of mine and do lets say 10-20 disputes after a month? I'm scared of this

This is just an example.
Your return rate / bad buyer / scammer rate can only be determined by your own data. If you cannot cover your losses by increasing your prices (customers won't buy your accounts at higher prices), then you have very little choice other than stop selling or find a more profitable product and/or service to sell.

Something like that it is like selling drugs on the street corner. You just have to deal with it. One thing that could help is check buyer "feedback left for others" before providing service. It will be obvious who causes problems.
