PayPal require ID Verification
 

Im living in australia and paypal here a bit mad
My account has been limited access because i received $700 from the buyer which is over the limit,in resolution centre, they ask me to provide proof of address( i can) and ID:something like driver license

I thought the virtual credit card or bank statement just only help me on proof of postage, Can anyone help me or giving an advise how to provide my ID which not giving my real driver license or any other way to make a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ID

*IF* You are not doing anything sketchy, submit the real details and go on your merry way.

*IF* You are leaving something out, as most people are, then you probably don't want to give your real details. In this case you have 2 options. 1) If you got the 700bucks in your account, and your confident the buyer won't ask for a refund or chargeback on the product or services you sold them.. then just wait for 180 days. (It goes a lot faster then you think) IF you are doing something sketchy and will require false information then you will have to do what you gotta do. I won't help you down that road, as personally.. I don't like scammers..

However, the best method is just to work with paypal... unless your informatino is linked with another account, you may just have to start over. With a new account, new IP, etc..

If OP is living in AU, providing an AU ID which shows the info PP wants - well that shouldn't be difficult. Like Nike says, 'Just Do It'.

thanks for your advise but as i see, when i created a new paypal and even get verified,after receiving some funds from the buyer,it get limited immediately and ask for ID
As my self and much people following ebay stealth not giving real details,we have to wait 6 months. Of course we will created new paypal acc but it will go the same way limited after receiving some funds as the old paypal one.
Can we concluded: ebay stealth not really help us at all?
This is the question in my mind, there is any other way to avoid getting limited from paypal after getting some funds

Furthermore,does it help by giving real details to paypal after registered with different name,age,address,how can we explain it, and also even giving real details from the start,we only can create only 1 papal,if we open an other one with the same details,do we get limited access?

Anyone had experiences, pls help me out

ebay stealth helps just fine, if you use it properly.

I suspect that your account is being limited due to you not being where you claim to be. They can tell. VPN doesn't hide you the way you may think it does. Correct me if I am mistaken.

if you have registered in different details to your own, you need to be creative

Being 'creative' is the key here.

Unfortunately as mentioned in eBay Stealth using 100% ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details when creating your account can only take you so far in eBay, unless you are 'creative'.
