Who receved above 100k usd per month? You account got hold %?
 

China PP will hold you 10% to 80% of money for weeks after your monthly sale go above 100k or somebody report 50k.

is it also the case to US/UK or other country PP??

Don't think youll find anyone here who accepts those kind of monthly amounts... I would NOT be using paypal for that sort of business volume.

They don't hold any on my legit paypal, wouldn't be doing that amount on a stealth.

There are Ebay sellers who do over a million dollars /year and make little money,some even file for bankruptcy.
It is not how much you sell,it is how much you make.
As for withholding,many do have reserves or rolling reserves due to dispute,chargebacks and poor performance.
20% would be reasonable.

if Paypal Chna is withholding 50-80% ofyour sales proceeds,you are selling high risk items and your performance must be poor.
Paypal can also refuse to do business with you .

OP, it really just depends on you. Your account strength, sales history/velocity, and what you sell. Things like that.
