Withdraw - Stealth PayPal account
 

Hey,
I would like to open a stealth PayPal account under my uncle's name.
It is an International PayPal account and here in my country they allow to withdraw money to credit card up to 2500$ when verified (this is the way I am working with my personal account which is not a stealth account).

1) Can I link a *NEW* real bank credit card that is under *MY* name for withdrawing purposes to this stealth account?

2) I know that PayPal doesn't see or ask for the name when linking a new CC, but they do ask for a billing address and it is for sure different then the address on that account since it is a stealth account.
Is it a problem?
Can they see that the info is not the same and limit my PP account?

3) Also, what about the PP verification when charging the credit card for the 1-2$, can they see the full information (address and zip code) of that credit card and see it mismatch the address on my account?

4) If it is a problem, can I open a stealth account under my father's name for example which has the same address as mine (I will slightly change a letter here or there in that address) and then link *MY* credit card?
Then it would work?

1. Name doesn't matter

2. If the address doesn't match up, the card "may" not be accepted - some cards still pass through regardless of address - doesn't necessarily lead to limitation though...

3. Can't the see the true address - only that address does not match whatever one the card is registered on.

4. Why use family info? Go stealth...

1) If PP can't see the true address on that card, should I enter the billing address of the stealth account under MY card when linking it, instead of my address?

2) Or how would you suggest to withdraw money from stealth PP account to my credit card safely?

Just wondering to my self, would it be better to first link a real bank credit card of the real PP "owner" and then link my credit card?
I can arrange that, but would it be better?

who issued your cc?
how does address look like in your country?
The reason I ask is that AVS looks for zipcode and street number with US address,not sure how they do it if it is a card issued by JL bank?

Card is Issued by my Bank which is a local bank from my country.
It is a Visa card.

The address look kind of same as US addresses.
only without "state".

for example:
Name
Street name + number
City, Zip code.

sorry I mean IL and Visa.
IL is your country and Visa is the card you wanna use.
