Has PayPal shut down the US callcenter?

Hey guys,

wondering if PP shut down the USA centers?
All I'm getting is Filipino reps...

Has anyone had luck getting a rep from the US in the last 3 days?

Yes I spoke to one yesterday (then called a few times more for other accounts and all Filipino). Try calling Sunday morning Philippines time, all of these imbeciles will be in church.

Limited yes, but I'm calling since TUE and haven't spoken to a single American.....

gotta pump this again... 3 days of calling - 8h every day - only Filipinos.

I tired calling today and it said there was no customer support. I have an account that gets only directed to REAL support not over sea reps that are worthless. ...tried chat and no one responded over 2 hour

Yes, seems they shut it down for now. but I was actually able to get a US rep after almost a week. Got that limitation right lifted.
I have a 100% success-rate with USA-reps, hence I don't even deal with Filipinos.

Send a message, it seems like USA support deals with it. Or at least someone who used Paypal before. It isn't a Filipino/Indian chatbot. Might be a few hour response.
