Hello guys need your help! name last name switched.

I made a mistake while setting up my paypal account due to my language
It said name and last anme on registration box and i was thinking name its for family name and last name for nickname since on my idendity card it says nume/nom my familly name and prenume/prenom my nickname i havent checked the eng version.
exp instead of Jade Smith i put Smith Jade is that a problem if i send the identity card and utility bill in my actual name to verify my account ?
Any advice would be good have a nice day everyone !

Have you tried calling paypal?
